This round table of leaders plays a crucial role in advising and influencing the direction of the SLS World Cup, as well as the Trainer’s Academy and other global engagements.
The Annual Retreat
Each year, the Founders Circle convenes for a highly anticipated in-person retreat. This experience offers a unique opportunity for members to connect, exchange ideas, and participate in collaborative brainstorming sessions for what’s next globally with transformational leadership. Alongside their strategic discussions, leaders also take full advantage of the chance to enjoy some leisure time in an iconic destination, with this year's retreat taking place in Las Vegas in 2027!
