 As a Team Leader, you serve as the bridge between participants and the Noble Cause of the SLS World Cup. You’ll create a safe, connected, and empowering space where each participant feels seen, heard, and fully supported as they step into personal breakthroughs.

To serve as a Team Leader at World Cup 2027, you must:

• ✅ Be a graduate of all levels of local transformative program)

• ✅ Serve as a staff leader for both first and second courses at your home center

• ✅ Serve as global leader in a minimum of one SLS course in the last 12 months leading up to the World Cup July 15 to 17, 2027. 

• ✅ Register Two: New participants for World Cup 2027 or new students for SLS Trainers Academy between July 2026 and June 2027.

• ✅ Purchase your flight (60 days before World Cup)

• ✅ Attend the in-person Team Leader Grounding on July 14, 2027 (Time TBA)

Note: If a participant has already attended the previous World Cup, registering same participant again does not count toward your two new participant registrations for qualification. To confirm your position of Team Leader, SLS may request a letter of recommendation from a World Cup Trainer or Co-Op Partner.

1. 🌟GLOBAL STAR: Qualifying as a QTL for three consecutive World Cups, instantly grants you Global Star benefits exclusively for the upcoming World Cup. (Note: Global Star position for each World Cup is based on achieving QTL the last three recent qualification possibilities in a row)
2. Once you reach the GLOBAL STAR rank:
   Send your new Team Leader declaration via email to registrations@SLSWorldCup.com. This must be done at least one week prior to the first Huddle of each World Cup.

Once you submit your declaration, the team will review your request to provide you with an exclusive registration code. This code is essential for your official registration as a Team Leader for that specific World Cup of Transformation.
