About Founder's Circle

The core group of SLS leaders and certified transformative trainers who are essential to the international expansion in the noble cause of transformational leadership. This round table of leaders plays a crucial role in advising and influencing the direction of the SLS World Cup, as well as the Trainer’s Academy and other global engagements.

Each year, the Founders Circle convenes for a highly anticipated in-person retreat. This experience offers a unique opportunity for members to connect, exchange ideas, and participate in collaborative brainstorming sessions for what’s next globally transformational leadership. Alongside their strategic discussions, leaders also take full advantage of the chance to enjoy some leisure time in a beautiful paradise destination, with this year's retreat taking place in Puerto Rico in 2026!
